Michael Field

Michael Field is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at RMS International (USA) Inc. since 2018, including Sales Director and Key Account Director. Previously, Michael served as a Technical Project Manager at Ironsides Technology, where effective communication between sales and technical teams was critical. Michael also completed an internship at the John H. Chafee Center for International Business, assisting with market research and event coordination, and held a position as a Resident Assistant during academic studies, fostering a supportive community for students. Michael began a foundational career in sports as a Soccer Referee for Seacoast United Soccer Club. Michael holds an MBA with a focus on Operations Management from Endicott College, a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Roger Williams University, and additional studies at ICN Business School in Business Administration.
