Brandon Simpson

Brandon Simpson is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Director at LegalRMS since October 2022. Prior to this role, Brandon held the title of Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel at ServiceNow from January 2019 to October 2022. Brandon also worked as Senior Counsel and Counsel at Publicis Groupe between January 2016 and January 2019, and as Legal Counsel at MathWorks from January 2011 to January 2016. Earlier in their career, Brandon served as an Attorney at American Tower for one year, from January 2010 to January 2011. Brandon obtained a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in May 2010 and holds a BA in History and Philosophy from the University of New Hampshire, graduated in May 2005.
