Jonathan Baxter is a proven leader and operations director with 25 years of experience in the Defence, Government, and Finance sectors. They currently serve as Chief of Staff at RMS and have previously held significant roles, including the UNFICYP Peacekeeping Operations Director and Global Resilience Programme and Risk Director at Willis Towers Watson.
