Mimoza A. is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Associate Director for Continental Europe Sales at RMS. With a diverse background in customer success management, operations, and media, Mimoza has previously held roles as a Sr. Client Success Manager and an Operations Manager at Alfaost GmbH. Mimoza began their career as a broadcast journalist and moderator, contributing to Radio Kukësi and +2 Radio, Radio Tirana 2. They also gained academic experience as a researcher and assistant project manager while earning two Master of Science degrees from Montanuniversität Leoben and Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës.
