Stephen Rixon

Stephen Rixon is an accomplished entrepreneur, consultant, performance coach, and tutor with a diverse background in leadership and strategic development. Currently, they serve as a Tutor and Coach at On Boarding Group, helping military officers transition to civilian careers, and are also a Senior Consultant on the Geospatial Advisory Board at RMSI. Throughout their career, Stephen has held prominent roles in various organizations, including Director at COWI and Technical Director at Halcrow Group Limited, where they were instrumental in driving business growth and performance improvements. They are an active Chartered Surveyor and have completed advanced studies in management and geospatial fields.
