Srihari Balakrishnan

Srihari Balakrishnan serves as the Managing Director of Sri Kannapiran Mills Ltd., overseeing cotton yarn production with a capacity of 100 tonnes per day since 1993. Additionally, Srihari holds the position of President at KG Fabriks Limited and RND SOFTECH, the latter being a health care BPO, both since 2000 and 1999, respectively. From September 2014, Srihari has been a Director at the Indian Texpreneurs Federation and previously worked as Managing Director at KG Denim Limited from September 1993 to March 2025, focusing on denim fabrics and garments. Other notable roles include Director positions at the Textile Sector Skill Council, Leap Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., and Amoeba Telecom. Srihari's educational qualifications include a B Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (1986-1990) and an M Tech in Chemical from Cornell University (1990-1991).
