Ansley Workman

Ansley Workman has dedicated their career to empowering individuals and mobilizing communities, focusing on vulnerable populations, especially those with disabilities and housing needs. They served as the Chief Executive Officer of Wales' only specialist housing association for individuals with learning and physical disabilities, where they oversaw strategic planning and operational management. With a background that includes leadership roles at RNIB and extensive experience in project management and support work, Ansley has consistently sought to improve the lives of those they serve. Ansley holds a B.A. Hons in Communication and Media Studies and a CQSW in Social and Community Work.
