Francis Philippa

Francis Philippa is currently a Policy Manager at the Disability Charities Consortium, having transitioned from a long-term role as Strategy Lead & Regional Adviser at Foundations, where they significantly impacted housing adaptations and service integration from 2006 to 2024.
