Jim Sanders is the Director of Innovation and Transformation at RNIB, a position they have held since 2022, where they lead initiatives to innovate and transform the organization. Previously, Jim held various roles at RNIB, including Customer Change Programme Manager and Senior Programme Lead, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Corporate and Programme Manager at Design Council and served in multiple capacities at UK Parliament from 2009 to 2011. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Human Science from the University of Southampton and a Master of Arts in Critical and Cultural Studies from the University of Brighton.
