Mark Langdon is the Head of Data Services at RNIB, bringing over 20 years of experience in data management, marketing, and analytics. With a strong focus on data governance, Mark has effectively led projects aimed at enhancing organizational data maturity while ensuring stakeholder engagement. They previously held roles as a Fundraising Insight Manager and Senior Insight Analyst at RNIB, as well as a Senior Database Co-ordinator at Action for Blind People. Mark's educational background includes a 1st degree in Computing from London South Bank University.
