Crystal Rolfe

Crystal Rolfe is a strategic leader with extensive experience directing programs and services at a national charity, currently holding significant roles in health strategy and community engagement. They have worked across the voluntary, public, and private sectors, including positions as a Senior Audiologist and a Director at RNID, where they led various national programs. Crystal is also a seasoned educator, having served as a Visiting Lecturer at UCL and has an MSc in Health Psychology from the same institution. With a passion for an innovative digital-first culture, they actively contribute as a Trustee in charities focused on health and education, as well as serving as a School Governor.
