Teri Devine

Teri Devine has over two decades of experience in inclusion and employment, currently serving as the Associate Director Inclusion and Employment at RNID. Previously, Teri held significant roles including Head of Services at Action on Hearing Loss, where they managed and expanded services for individuals with hearing loss across Scotland. Additionally, Teri coordinated a £450,000 project for British Sign Language development and served as BSL Development Officer at the Scottish Qualifications Authority. With a background in project management and strategic leadership, Teri has effectively influenced policy and developed partnerships to enhance service delivery for the deaf and hard of hearing community.
