Alison O'Neill

Alison O'Neill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Legacy Engagement Manager at the RNLI since June 2002, where responsibilities include managing over £65M of pledged income and ensuring donor engagement. Previous roles at RNLI include Philanthropy Manager, CRM Manager, Major Donor Services Manager, Emedia Manager, and Intranet Project Manager, each contributing to developed skills in donor stewardship, relationship cultivation, project management, and event organization. Alison began a career in marketing at EMAP as a Promotions Manager before transitioning to the RNLI, and holds a BA Hons in Politics and International Relations from the University of Reading.
