Amy O'Connor is an experienced professional currently serving as an Area Operations Manager for RNLI since November 2024. Prior to this role, Amy worked with Westmeath County Council as an EU Just Transition Fund Tourism Activator, facilitating economic diversification through grants and support for SMEs. Amy has held various positions, including HR, People & Culture Advisor at Glasson Lakehouse, and Outdoor Activities Manager and Weddings & Events Coordinator at Press Up Hospitality Group.
