Andrew Wilde has extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, currently serving as Lead Manager for Operational HSE at Vestas since February 2021. Prior roles at Vestas include HSE Specialist and Lead Manager. Andrew has been a vital part of RNLI as a Voluntary Lifeboat Crew - Deputy 2nd Coxswain since February 1998. Previous experience includes serving as HSE Specialist and Team Lead for Special Projects at MHI Vestas Offshore Wind, and as a Marine Safety Consultant at PMSS. Andrew also held the position of Director at SW Offshore Ltd from 2005 to 2011. Education credentials include qualifications from IOSH and Santia.
