Andy Hardy has over 25 years of experience in logistics, having worked in various capacities from buses to trucks. Andy served as Depot Manager at Marston's PLC and Ringwood Brewery before taking a similar role at St Austell Brewery from 2019 to 2025. Currently, Andy is the Senior Warehouse and Logistics Manager at RNLI and continues to operate an award-winning event bar business as an Installation Technician since 2011. Additionally, Andy is an ITSSAR accredited Lift Truck Instructor.
