Caroline Derrick

Caroline Derrick is an experienced internal communications professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an Internal Communications Business Partner at RNLI since October 2013, Caroline has held multiple positions within the organization, including Senior Internal Communications Officer (Change) and Internal Communications Officer. Prior experience includes roles at Southampton Solent University and Bournemouth University as an Internal Communications Officer, and earlier positions in journalism at Newsquest and Northcliffe Media. Caroline holds an Internal Communications Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and has completed a National Certificate Examination in Sub Editing from the National Council for the Training of Journalists, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Newspaper Journalism and a BA Hons in English Literature from Cardiff University.
