Conor Curtin has a diverse background in maritime operations, beginning with a role as Able Seaman in the Defence Forces of Ireland from October 2010 to January 2015. Following this, Conor held multiple positions at RNLI, including Lifeboat Services Manager, Operations Manager (Lifeboats), Area Lifesaving Manager, Divisional Assessor Trainer, and Maritime Operations Quality Lead, serving from January 2016 to December 2022. Conor is currently pursuing an MSC in Emergency Planning, Resilience and Response at the University of Wolverhampton, with previous education at Colaiste Na Sceilge and Cork College of FET - Morrison's Island Campus.
