Erin Ritchie

Erin Ritchie currently serves as the Senior Community Manager at the RNLI, with additional responsibilities as the acting Regional Engagement Lead and previous roles as Community Manager and Community Fundraising Manager, focusing on fundraising efforts in North Wales to meet an annual target of £500,000 through corporate and SME partnerships. Erin also contributes as the Communications Lead for the Women's Network and has experience as a Community Support Coordinator, managing volunteer activities in Yorkshire. Prior roles include serving as a Trustee for Kairos Women+ and working as a Museum Assistant at the Museum of Scottish Railways, where Erin managed daily operations and oversaw volunteer staff. Erin holds a Master of Arts in History from The University of Edinburgh.
