Ffion Chambers

Ffion Chambers is the Impact + Evaluation Manager at The Avenues Youth Project, where they assist in creating the organisational Theory of Change and develop tools to measure impact. With a strong background in operations management, Ffion has held various leadership positions including Director of Operations at The AS Foundation and Deputy Operations Manager at Raleigh Tanzania. They served as a Council Member for RNLI, advising on Youth Development, and have experience as an Independent Consultant providing strategic and operational support across multiple sectors. Ffion holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Childhood Studies from the University of Bristol.
