Gemma Richardson is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in internal and external communications across various sectors. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Lead at RNLI since February 2023, Gemma previously worked as Communications Lead at Change Grow Live, where a two-year communications strategy for the Gloucestershire service was developed.
