Heather Nice

Heather Nice is the Engineering Data Lead at RNLI, where they drive the transformation of engineering and asset management data across various systems and teams. With a strong background in CAD, PDM, and configuration management, Heather leads initiatives to modernize data structuring, governance, and integration, significantly enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency. Previously, they served as the Drawing Office and Configuration Control Team Leader at Ultra Electronics, where they established the Drawing Office department and managed product configuration control. Heather holds a BSc in Psychology and several certifications, including a Certificate in Asset Management and CM2P certification in Lean Thinking.
