Henry Weaver

Henry Weaver serves as the Area Operations Manager at the RNLI since June 2012, leading the operations of nine lifeboat stations in alignment with the organization's values and policies. Previously, Henry held various roles within the RNLI, including Area Lifesaving Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating search and rescue operations in northeast Scotland, and Regional Media Manager, focusing on stakeholder engagement and communications to enhance the charity's reputation. Henry also contributed as a Press Officer, managing media relations and supporting a team of press officers across 46 stations in Scotland. In addition to RNLI experience, Henry briefly worked with Médecins Sans Frontières Greece during the refugee crisis, served as an Account Executive at 4Media Ltd, and held multiple roles in various organizations, including deckhand and sailing instructor. Henry holds a BA (Hons) in Public Relations from the University College of St Mark and St John.
