James Allan is an experienced consultant currently working with Windlaw Consulting, providing tailored support in the voluntary, sport, and outdoor learning sectors since October 2022. With a strong background in leadership roles, James has served as a Council Member for the RNLI, advocating for Scotland's youth and strategic direction. Previous positions include Chief Executive Officer for the Scottish Advisory Panel for Outdoor Education and the Royal Yachting Association Scotland, where innovative engagement methodologies were introduced.
