Jenna Poon is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and compensation and benefits. Since April 2019, Jenna has been serving as Director and Associate General Counsel at Meta, holding additional roles including Global Head of Compensation & Benefits Legal. Jenna currently contributes as a Remuneration Committee Member for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) since March 2023.
