Kate Eardley

Kate Eardley holds extensive experience in international advocacy and communications, currently serving as Head of International at RNLI since January 2022. Prior to this role, Eardley was Head of International Advocacy at RNLI from June 2018 to November 2021. Eardley's career includes significant positions at World Vision International, where roles ranged from Global Campaign Manager to Senior Policy Adviser for Child Health, covering a period from October 2010 to May 2018. Earlier positions included Child Health Policy Adviser and HIV and AIDS Policy Officer at World Vision UK from November 2006 to September 2010, and Projects Administrator at The Salvation Army from February 2003 to February 2005. Eardley earned a degree in Public Health in Developing Countries from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a BA in English from the University of Liverpool.
