RNLI Lifeboat Crewmember

Lucy Shaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental management and risk assessment. Currently serving as Risk & Opportunity Lead and previously holding multiple roles, such as Offshore Wind Consents & Decommissioning Specialist and Environment & Consents Specialist at Ørsted since October 2022, Lucy has developed expertise in offshore wind projects. Additionally, Lucy has contributed to the RNLI as a Lifeboat Crewmember and Grade 3 Beach Lifeguard since March 2016, alongside a tenure as a Graduate Environmental Scientist at Binnies from September 2021 to October 2022. Earlier career highlights include an internship with Mott MacDonald focusing on environmental and social impact assessments for various energy projects and representing Team Great Britain as an athlete at the 2015 Baku European Games. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Assessment and Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Liverpool John Moores University.
