Mark Rowland

Mark Rowland is an experienced UK certified Officer Master Mariner (Unlimited) in the Oil and Gas industry. They have worked on worldwide trade operations covering both port and offshore activities, and most recently served as Chief Officer on a bunker delivery vessel, where they are working towards a Pilot Exemption Certificate (PEC). With extensive experience in ISM audits, OCIMF inspections, and managing diverse maritime teams, Mark emphasizes safety and cost-effectiveness in operations. They were also a substantive RNLI crew member committed to lifesaving missions at sea. Mark holds a distinction in Nautical Science from Liverpool John Moores University and has degrees in Geography and Natural Hazard Management.
