Matt Adams has extensive experience in the commercial sector, currently serving as Head of Commercial and previously as Commercial Manager at KAEFER UK & Ireland since April 2019. Adams has been involved with the RNLI since January 2002, holding multiple roles, including Coxswain and Inshore Lifeboat Helmsman. Adams also worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Woodhouse Commercial Services Ltd. from June 2017 to March 2019, and has held senior quantity surveying positions at Deborah Services Limited/Actavo from June 2008 to May 2017, and at Deborah Services Limited from October 1994 to June 2008. Adams holds an HNC in Building Construction Technology from Teesside University and received earlier education at Manor Comprehensive in Hartlepool.
