Max Carter

Max Carter is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in project management and digital services across various sectors, including public service and healthcare. Currently serving as a Volunteer Process & Systems Advisor at RNLI since March 2023, Max previously held significant positions such as Head of Future Heat Programme and Head of Delivery Management at Ofgem.
