Max Underhill

Max Underhill is currently the Head of Estates at RNLI, having previously served as a Senior Building Surveyor at BCP Council and Bournemouth Borough Council. With a strong background in building maintenance, compliance, and sustainability, Max has managed extensive portfolios and projects involving fire safety, social housing, and dilapidations. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and the Environment from the University of Plymouth, along with a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Max volunteers at RNLI Poole Lifeboat Station, showcasing their commitment to community service.
