Melanie Porter

Melanie Porter is an experienced IT and business performance manager currently serving at RNLI since July 2018, with responsibilities spanning IT&S service management and performance optimization. Prior to this, Melanie held key roles at Nasstar PLC as Head of Project Management Office, overseeing project management operations, and at Modrus as Project Team Manager, ensuring the successful delivery of IT implementation projects. Other notable experience includes program management at Croft Management Centre, sales and marketing management at SPOCE Project Management Ltd., senior account management at Happy Computers, and team leadership in customer service at The Good Book Guide. Melanie holds a BA Hons in Applied Social Science from Edge Hill University.
