Olivia Sidaway

Olivia Sidaway is an HR professional with over 20 years of experience across the commercial and public sectors. Currently serving as the Trust HR Lead at Inito Learning Trust since 2020, they manage the People and Culture proposition for a growing organization of over 900 employees. Previously, Olivia held various roles including Business Development Manager at Cigna and Finance Manager at Wimborne Academy Trust. They are a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and hold a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of the West of England.
