Previously, Howes has held significant roles, such as Director of Governance at SignHealth and Head of Governance at CAFOD, where they ensured compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinated major organizational programs. Currently, they lead governance and strategic initiatives at Sense while also serving as Launch Authority at RNLI.
