Phil Simpson

Phil Simpson is a Transformation and Change Leader specializing in the Non-Profit sector, currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Delivery and Change at RNLI. They previously held the position of Director of Portfolio Management & Transformation at the British Red Cross, where they successfully recovered a £15m investment and achieved significant savings and increased income. Phil's extensive experience includes leading major transformations for various organizations, merging educational bodies into a new higher education college, and modernizing key services at institutions such as MacMillan and Kew Gardens. They are also the founder of STM Change Management, focusing on high-value transformation and organizational reviews. Phil holds a degree from Kingston University.
