Rick Oldland is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in ministry and church leadership. Currently, Rick serves on the Global Leadership Team at Harvest Alliance Global since January 2020 and as Director (UK) for Iris Global, supporting international ministries since 2014. Rick also holds the position of Senior Pastor at The Well Baptist Church in Lytham St Annes since September 2002, leading a dynamic and influential congregation. In addition to pastoral roles, Rick has been a Voluntary Station Chaplain and Volunteer Crew Member with the RNLI since 2003. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Team Leader for Partners In Harvest Europe from 2010 to 2019 and as Pastor at Oasis Church in London from 1992 to 2002. Rick's educational background includes a BA in Theology from Spurgeons College, London.
