Robin Faricy

Robin Faricy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in safety, risk, and compliance in both emergency services and law enforcement. Currently serving as Chief Delivery Officer and Director of Safety and Independent Assurance at the RNLI since August 2016, Robin leads initiatives pertaining to safety, risk management, and independent assurance within the organization. Prior positions at the RNLI include Head of Safety and Head of Risk and Compliance, as well as Investigations Manager, focusing on investigations into serious incidents and training. Robin's law enforcement background includes roles as a Detective Sergeant at Hampshire Constabulary and various positions with Northamptonshire Police. Additionally, Robin served as a Bandsman in the British Army from 2001 to 2005. Education includes a National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH, completed between June 2019 and October 2022, along with time at Cranfield University.
