Ryan Webb is an experienced swimming coach and lifeguard with a strong background in sports and exercise science. Currently serving as the Director of Swimming at the University of Nottingham Swimming Club since September 2022, Ryan has designed the club's annual training plan and managed its budget alongside the Treasurer to ensure financial stability. Additionally, as a Performance Squad Swimming Coach, Ryan has demonstrated effective time management while leading training sessions. Ryan has been a Beach Lifeguard for RNLI since June 2021, showcasing skills in emergency response and teamwork. Previous experience includes a stint as a Pool Lifeguard at Haven, where Ryan led activities and maintained safety standards.
