Simon Dudley

Simon Dudley has extensive experience in reward and benefits management, currently serving as Chairman of the RNLI Pension Fund Trustee Board and as a Council Member for RNLI, both since 2018. As Managing Director of Dudley Advisory since 2014, Simon provides expertise in executive reward, pension, and benefit design. Previous roles include Reward Director at BP, where responsibilities encompassed senior employee rewards, and International Practice Director Europe at Watson Wyatt. Simon’s career also includes leadership positions at BAT Industries and Unilever. Academically, Simon holds a BSc Special Honours in Mathematics from The University of Sheffield and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
