Stephen Sherwin serves as the Head of Digital & Customer at Saol Assurance DAC since February 2022 and is also a Volunteer Crew member at RNLI. Prior to this, Stephen held various positions at AIB from 2000 to 2022, culminating in the role of Head of Digital UX & Design, leading the UX & Design team across digital channels. Stephen's experience includes serving as Senior Product Manager for Mobile Banking, where responsibilities involved defining customer-focused strategies, driving agile transitions, and managing stakeholder relationships. Stephen also managed online channel deliveries, executed change projects for iBusiness Banking, and provided training to corporate clients. Additionally, Stephen was a Product Management Trainer at Mind the Product and has worked as a Stand Up Paddleboard Instructor. Education includes studies at Technological University Dublin and Product Institute.
