Terri Lee

Terri Lee is a seasoned business intelligence professional with extensive experience in human resources and data management. Since June 2016, Terri has served as a Business Intelligence Engineer and Developer at RNLI, responsible for delivering HR management information and reports to support the organization's strategic needs. Previously, from May 2013 to May 2016, Terri held the position of HR Analyst at Fitness First UK, where responsibilities included developing HRIS for accurate reporting, ensuring compliance, and managing HR budgets. Terri also has experience as a Learning & Development Training Coordinator, where key duties encompassed planning training, data analysis, and project coordination for new learning systems. Terri holds a BA (Honours) in Applied Languages from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2011.
