Wade Phillips is an experienced digital designer currently working at RNLI since July 2022, previously serving as a Graduate User Experience Designer at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence from June 2021 to July 2022. Wade has a diverse background, beginning as a Senior Beach Lifeguard at RNLI from May 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities included saving lives at sea. With earlier roles as a Divemaster at Ban's Diving Resort and a Paramedic, Wade also gained foundational experience in emergency medical services from 2008 to 2017 with Southwestern Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. Wade's technical skills are backed by a degree in Web Design and Development from Edge Hill University and a foundation degree in Paramedic Science from The Open University. Prior to these roles, Wade worked as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer at BEP Heating from 2003 to 2008.
