Sandro Cid is a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Support and Operations at RNP, Sandro is responsible for overseeing technical support and operations. Previously, Sandro held various supervisory roles, including a significant position at Centro Universitário IBMR, where they managed IT infrastructure and service teams. Sandro holds an MBA in Information Technology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Information Security and IT Management.
