Lei Ma is a strategic leader specializing in digital media, AI, communication, and learning & development, with extensive experience in enhancing business growth and social impact. They currently serve as the Co-coordinator of the Dynamic Coalition on the Sustainability of Journalism and News Media at the Internet Governance Forum, promoting press freedom and media pluralism. Previously, Lei worked as a media expert and digital media lead at RNW Media, where they developed innovative digital strategies and products to optimize social impact across various regions. Lei holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in European Private Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's in International Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
