Anna Beltran

Anna Beltran has diverse work experience in the field of human resources and finance. Anna is currently the VP of Human Resources at RNWBL since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at EVX Midstream Partners, LLC from November 2019 to July 2022. Anna also served as a Human Resource/Payroll Manager at Bayway Auto Group from May 2017 to November 2019, where they assisted the CFO in directing HR and payroll operations for 7 locations and managed a team of 2 employees. Anna'sresponsibilities included drafting documentation for corrective actions, overseeing the onboarding process, and ensuring accurate new hire information. Earlier in their career, Anna worked in finance at SMG | Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Venue Management, where they administered event scheduling, assisted in the monthly close process, and prepared financial entries.

Anna Beltran has a diverse education history. Anna completed the Human Resources Management Certificate Program at Rice University in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston-Downtown from 2017 to 2019. Anna also obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the same university between 2017 and 2018. Anna's educational journey began with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Houston, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. Anna started their higher education at San Jacinto College, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree between 2010 and 2012.
