David Lawrence

David Lawrence currently serves as Superintendent and Environment, Health and Safety Manager at RNWBL® since January 2024. Between January 2017 and December 2022, David held the position of Senior Site Leadership Manager at GE Renewable Energy, overseeing the scheduling of site managers for wind projects. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Site Manager Wind at GE Power from May 2003 to January 2017, managing multiple wind turbine construction sites, and Lead Field Engineer at Granite Services, focusing on steam and gas power plants. David's career began in the US Navy, where a 20-year tenure as a propulsion engineer involved supervising personnel and managing steam propulsion systems. David is a graduate of Sandhills Community College.
