Jacob Vecht

Jacob Vecht is an experienced operations and engineering professional specializing in renewable energy and asset management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at RNWBL, Jacob oversees solar and storage asset management since November 2023. Previous roles include serving as a Plant Performance Engineer III at NovaSource Power Services and Operations Manager for Renewables at NewFields, where responsibilities included ensuring the efficient operation of renewable energy sites. Jacob's background also includes significant experience at First Solar, where various roles encompassed program management and commissioning engineering, along with technical contributions to complex projects. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
