Victor Herrera

Victor Herrera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and technical support management. Currently, Victor serves as a Senior Service Line Manager at RNWBL® since June 2022, previously holding the position of Service Line Manager. Prior to this, Victor worked at Solar Support as a Technical Support Expert from March 2021 to June 2022, and at TELUS International Central America from April 2015 to March 2021, where roles included Customer Service Team Lead, Operations Manager, and Customer Service Representative. Earlier career milestones include various positions at Focus Services and Transactel El Salvador, where Victor developed a strong foundation in technical support and team leadership. Victor holds a High School Diploma from Colegio Externado San Jose, obtained in 2007.
