Robert Whitaker began their work experience in 2010 as an Organiser for the Public Service Association. In 2010, they also started as a Project Officer for the Ministry of Education of New Zealand. In 2012, they joined Chrometoaster as a Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Information Architect. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Content Design Director at Chrometoaster. Currently, since 2019, they are the Design Lead at RNZ and previously worked there as a UX Designer from 2019 to 2022.
Robert Whitaker graduated from Victoria University of Wellington in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Asian Studies.
