Aldo Gonzalez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in member experience coordination, organizing, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Member Experience Coordinator at Ro since March 2020, Aldo previously held roles including Immigration Services Coordinator at Living United For Change in Arizona, where assistance was provided to DREAMers with DACA applications and other immigration services. Aldo has a strong history in political organizing, notably as a Neighborhood Organizer for Team Awesome in Phoenix, where significant increases in Latino voter turnout were achieved. Additional experience includes positions as Field Director for Felecia for Arizona, Spanish Interpreter at CyraCom, and various roles focused on sales and marketing. Aldo holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Grand Canyon University and has pursued nursing education at Arizona State University and Mesa Community College.
